    1. ADDitude reader

“Queen of Distraction” by Terry Matlen is my favorite ADHD book. It caters to adult women with ADHD, which I haven’t found in many places. It gave me support, validation, research/facts to help me back things up, and tools to better improve my life. Each section was SO relatable and had insights for Combined, Inattentive, and Hyperactive subtypes of ADHD in women. Very helpful!!

    2. ADDitude reader

I love this book because it’s written by an adult women with ADHD and as an adult woman with ADHD that is not an easy book to come by.
